What sizes does “Swimming Buddy” come in?
The SWIMMING BUDDY is simple. It is made universal in size and color. It is cylindrical in shape, neon-yellow in color and has 1 inch ANSI reflective tape at the tip which enhances wearer’s visibility in the water to other watercraft operators.

Why did you invent “Swimming Buddy”?
The VISIBILITY of those immersed in the water to watercraft operators or their spotters
is sometimes very difficult. The SWIMMING BUDDY helps enhance the VISIBILITY of your children after a fall from their jet-ski, tube, canoe, boat, kayak or swimming along the shoreline. As each new life vest “USCG THINK SAFE BOOKLET” reads, “In rough water, a wearer’s face may often be covered by waves.”
I slowed my boat to leave less wake, the missed calculation left a seventeen year old permanently dismembered and a traumatized father frantically searching for the seven year old who had been thrown into the water at impact. During the rescue had my reverse failed this accident would have been worse. I am on a mission to bring VISIBILITY of our children while in the water.

How does “Swimming Buddy” work with my life vest?
The SWIMMING BUDDY was presented before the MICHIGAN SENATE NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE (7/15/09) to bring attention to the need of the life vest accessory invention. The SWIMMING BUDDY is not a floatation device, the SWIMMING BUDDY is solely used as a VISIBILITY enhancer. The SWIMMING BUDDY simply clips to any standard life vest strap working on a stick bobber concept, only weighing 1.6 ounces, 19” in length, 2.5” diameter of RE-CYCLED Polyethylene, a 1” strip of AMERICAN NATIONAL SAFETY INSTITUTE reflective tape at the top and a 1” snap S clip; the SWIMMING BUDDY does not impede the functionality of a life vest.
